FPBC will pay the title and registration fees.
FPBC will produce IRS 1098C form for tax purposes at the time of transfer.
FPBC committee decision is final.
FPBC committee determines transfer to driver. If repairs are too costly the vehicle will be sold or scrapped.
Proceeds from the vehicle sale support the Wheels to Work program fund.
